Shipping & Delivery
We offer Free shipping for orders over £70 in the UK mainland. Free shipping will use a 3 to 5 day courier service. Orders under £60 will be charged £4.95 and will be sent via a 3 to 5 day courier service. (please note orders placed after noon may not be processed until the following day, and in busy periods may not be processed for up to 24 hours.
You can upgrade to DPD next day delivery service, £2.00 at checkout. Orders placed before noon will be despatched the same day, except during busy periods where it may take an extra 24 hours.
Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout dependent on weight. Every effort will be made to dispatch your order as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. We try to dispatch all orders placed before noon the same day. During busy periods this may take another 24 to 48 hours. Please note that orders dispatched on a Friday will be delivered on the follow Monday, unless a Mahoosive surcharge is paid. ( £37 for a Saturday Delivery in the UK).
Although we aim to dispatch the same day, ordered placed before noon, we cannot be responsible for factors out our control, such courier failure, or travel disruption due to adverse weather or road closures. Woolly Mahoosive is not liable for delays beyond our control.
We cannot be responsible for any delays in delivery caused by DPD or other carrier and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Delivery to the rest of the world. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. If you require faster shipping then please get in touch for a quote. We ask that you place an order in good time, to arrive a day or so before it is required. Please note that Bale order can be dispatched reasonably quickly, pre rolled 2 kg balls may need more time, especially during the Christmas run up period. We therefore ask that you place orders for 2 kg balls 7 business days before required. Woolly Mahoosive Ltd, are not responsible for any customs duties that you may incur.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. A signature may be required, depending on the delivery. If delivery cannot be made to your address because there is no one available to receive the goods, the goods will be held at a local depot and you will be informed as to how you may collect the goods.
Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns, unless goods are deemed faulty.
The Buyer must notify the Seller of any loss or damage to the Goods within 48 hours of delivery by providing photos and details using the online credit request function or, where otherwise agreed, by email and the Goods shall be either held by the Buyer for inspection by the Seller, or their duly appointed agents, or returned to the Seller at the express instruction of the Seller. If returned, the Goods must be in their original packaging.
On occasions, the Seller may require reported damaged / faulty goods to be returned for inspection. No refund or credit will be offered until the Goods have been returned to the Seller.
The Seller cannot credit or refund returns that the Seller receives in a non-saleable condition or that was never received. The Buyer must retain the original postage receipt in case the Seller requires proof of the return in the unlikely event that the return does not reach the Seller.
Subject to the Buyers compliance with the returns policy, if the Buyer is returning the Goods at the Sellers request because wrong products were delivered, or because the products delivered were materially different from what was described on the Sellers website when the Buyer purchased the Goods, then the Buyer shall be entitled to a refund of the full product price(s) of the returned product(s) and the cost of return delivery will be covered by the Seller
The Buyer may request to return Goods to the Seller at the Buyers risk and cost.
The Buyer must wait for confirmation from the Seller before returning the Goods to the Seller.
We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt. The cost of returning goods will be borne by you unless the goods are faulty.
This returns policy does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the manufacturer, failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the manufacturer’s approval.
We endeavor to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described please return it in an unused condition for a full refund. Please note that the way that screens are calibrated can lead to differences in colour rendition. This fact must be allowed for when considering your purchase.
